This summer, Justine worked at our farm participating in harvest of flowers and vegetables and even did our flower arranging for our flower subscriptions one week! She has her own flower farm and this week we’re adding her dried flower bouquets to our online catalogue!

Our meat chickens are now for sale at 20% in our catalogue! We now have two sizes of chickens: large (7-8lbs) and small (6-7lbs) chickens. They were 7$/lbs and they are now 5,60$/lbs.

A big part of our mission as a farm is to produce good, healthy food that is accessible to as many people as possible. We know that there are many barriers (time, location, cost, education…) that can prevent folks from having access to fresh, organic produce and we strive to find creative solutions to overcome some of them. We know that cost can be a major barrier to some, and so we have set up a system to help us provide some baskets at a reduced price, while still allowing the producers to work towards earning a just salary. We call them solidarity baskets, because those who have the ability to donate do so out of solidarity with those who do not.
